It is splendid Ukiyoe picture depicting the prosperity of Yoshiwara in the Edo period.
In Nakano-cho, Yoshiwara's central street, cherry blossoms were planted in spring and autumnal leaves in autumn, artificial bustle and beauty were produced.
Yoshiwara had become a sight of cherry blossoms overnight.
